Only used one from my last purchase. It's being changed today. Almost returned the lot, because I was concerned. If there is a problem with the first, I would not be able to return the rest, because more than 30 days would have passed b4 I got to the second. I bought a 4 pack. The first one literally stopped filtering. I did everything to clear any pockets. I have gotten it to filter a little now. It takes forever. I hope the next filter works better. The one I got with the pitcher was fine.

I love my zero water filter container. Living alone, I go through a full container of fridge water in just a few days. I live their blue clean looking container, and easy to fill. These filters last a long time and are a breeze to change. I like the multi pack to always have a change on hand when I decide at the last minute to put in a new filter. Smart way to easy keep great tasting healthy water!

The filters stop filling the pitcher before it is half full. You have to refill it every day. I question whether or not they are an authorized replacement filter. They were made in Mexico and they couldn't have been tested properly. They work fine until the water touches the bottom of the filter. Then it stops filling.

After being a customer and owning a zero water filtration system for almost 6 years now, I’m extremely disappointed at the quality of the next filters. Not only have they significantly gone up in price, the quality and longevity have decreased dramatically. The only thing they still do is filter the water to taste better. Unfortunately they last half as long as they used to and take much longer (when they’re actually working properly) to filter the water.Very disappointing.

I bought the pitcher along with the replacement filters. Hugh mistake!The water after a few weeks starts tasting horrible, even though it marks 0.You need to change the filter when the water starts marking 6 or 7. In both, the first filter and the second one, after just a few week, it gets a HORRIBLE flavor.I tried to return both items, but it is not possible.I'm stuck with this terrible product.

Prior to the new design sediment, filter material and unfiltered water would end up backing out of the filter. This mixture sometimes managed to mix with the clean water as the pitcher was pouring.Unfortunately, with the new design, the seal now leaks dripping unfiltered water into the filtered water.

Most zero water filters will last at least a month. These filters barely last a week! They also start leaking the carbon filter substance into your water and all over your zero water pitcher. do NOT buy them. Of course, you don't figure this out until it's too late to return them to Amazon so you are stuck with them!! Take my advice- buy one of the MANY other replacement filters out there- NOT these!!!!!

Recieved the filters quickly, noticed an odd smell on the plastic wrapper that the filter was in. (Smelled like dishwasher detergent possibly) That smell transferred to the filtered water making it undesirable. Not sure what the cause of this smell/flavor is, but it should be addressed. Will not but again from this seller.

Ive used zero water system for years and loved it. This time though 4 of the filters don't work. By not work I mean the water will not move through the filter and after mutilple attempts and hours later the water is still not filtering through any of the filters. Hoping its just a fluke as Ive always loved the system and been pleased.However at the price they are Im hoping amazon will return these for me..

They work fine and filter the water to zero as advertised. The complaint I have is that they air-lock on the refill. Called Zero Water. They told me to remove and "paddle? the filter (to break air-lock) and refill from a pitcher not directly from the faucet. Helps some, however, still too many airlocls

Horrible filters. Dirty out of plastic packaging and scuffed aside had been dropped. Black particles everywhere. Cleaned off and tried anyway and “purified” water was brown! Reading was 252 out of faucet and 376 after going through this filter! I’ve been ripped off!

I purchased these filters to clean my water but after just two weeks it add a lemon taste to my water. I expect this lemon taste is is to let me know/force me to change the filter. I DO NOT WANT THEM TO ADD STUFF TO MY WATER! I thought this must be a fluke on my original filter but every on in this 4 pack of replacement filters did the same thing at exactly 2 weeks and everyday after that it gets stronger. DO NOT BUY.

Each filter was inconsistent, one would last two weeks, the next four, some less than three before the taste becomes bad. I have used another brand for years that never made water taste worse than the tap water.

I bought these filters after my initial purchase of the pitcher. I was happy it was delivering the same quality as the original filters that came with the pitcher purchased. Sadly, the service life is too short, about 1/2 to 1/3 of the original filters. It is too late to return the filters since I have used 3 of them. I used them just to verify my observation. I will be looking for a more permanent solution to my water filtering system. This is just too expensive to continue.

I don't know what has been done to the replacement filters, but I have to stand there and help the water flow through the filter, otherwise, I would walk away for an hour, come back and the water level hasn't changed. I end up removing the filter, and then adding a little bit of water at time instead of filling the reservoir completely as I always have.

I've ordered from this company for about three years happily. Water tasted great. No problems. Suddenly in my last 4 pack order, I pulled the first out and it felt unusually heavy. on further inspection, all 4 filters, when removed from their airtight plastic bags, are heavy and wet. WTF! I'm not even sure what the liquid is in them but I'm certainly not going to drink water from them. Guess I'm looking for a more reputable ZeroWater dealer or a water filtering replacement. Sucks that we drink a lot of water and really liked this solution.

We are seeing that the taste of the water becomes slightly tangy within a week ( reading 001) and not at all drinkable in two weeks ( reading 003) . Our consumption of water is usually 6- 10 gallon a week . Hence the capacity is not as described and expensive filtration. Even if the filtration of water starts giving impurity , the taste should not go bad . We bring glacier filter water , that has reading of 003 it is not at all bad taste. This filter forces us to change the filter in a week as it starts making taste bad just after week .

This batch of has a lot of beads that make it into the water. I'm told they are non toxic, but I don't like giving guests water with beads floating in it. Although the problem gets worse with time, it also happened as soon as I replaced the filter. I am transitioning to using a different brand of filter even though i have not finished using these filters.
