Seems like a cool bottle and seems to work the way it's advertised had some rubber displacement on the 3rd day or so it just seems like the cap is a little to delicate or maybe the rubber was just placed wrong on my unit not sure. Kinda bothers me and if your that kind of person wouldn't recommend spending this much.

Update: you’ll get 4-7 days before it starts smelling moldy. Customer support is horrible and told me to dishwash it, and try again. I have two bottles and they both function identically. There’s no way for the UVC light to clean the mouthpiece and cap, so I think oral bacteria from that area build up overnight and eventually make the entire bottle wreak. Avoid this gimmick. You’ll still be cleaning your bottle at least once a week. Not worth $100.Original review: Instead of cleaning your bottle every few days, you'll have to clean it once per week. I hate that they advertise that it will only need cleaning once every 3-4 weeks. It's just false. I bought this bottle and the 32oz movement bottle. Both start smelling like a moldy basement after a week. That's still a big improvement from normal water bottles, but for the price, I would expect realistic advertisements.

Love this water bottle, things stay warm or cold whatever you put in it. I really like the fact that I can purify my liquids with just a tap of the top of the bottle for UVc lite or two taps for the UVc to stay on longer for liquids that are truly questionable. I got the larger one because I drink a lot of water and now no more plastic to fill up the landfill.

I ordered this because I don't like when my water bottles have a taste in it, but there's still definitely a distinct taste. Everything else about it is fine. Love the color and the look. Love how long it stays cold. Just am not crazy about the fact that there's still a taste to the tap water I'm drinking.

 I’ve had this product since early fall 2020 and was really impressed with it. Only true cleaning I had to do was the O-Ring I the cap (as it grew mold if not washed regularly) which was kinda time consuming because it was hard to reach. I dropped it twice and it dented rather easily in both the cap and bottle. The customer service is trash. Just a week or so ago, after washing the cap, it just stopped working. No lights at all, and wouldn’t even charge. Not sure if water got inside the charging port or something else. I’ve been told after emailing a claim to replace the cap to not respond otherwise I get sent to the end of the queue of claims. Since I haven’t heard back at all yet I assume the have a mountain of claims or for some unknown reason can’t do a decent job to keep me at ease that this will be resolved. As great of an idea that this bottle is, as it stands, it’s not worth the money.

This product is beautiful all around. Not only does this bottle look great, but it's built to feel like you'd expect a $120 water bottle to feel.Many on here complain how this bottle does not reduce the TDS (the amount of contaminants dissolved) in their water. While filters are designed to remove dissolved solids, this bottle's strength is using UV light to denature the genetic material of bacteria and viruses. While water may not appear *visibly* clean, this bottle aims to reduce the biological contamination.This bottle stays clean, it's easy to use, and it keeps water cold for quite some time. My only complaints would be that the mouth is too small to fit all kinds of ice, and I wish the LED indicator lights were a little brighter in the daytime.TL;DR....This product is great. While it does not remove visible icky stuff, it maintains an environment where bacteria and other little germy dudes can't survive.

This bottle lives up to what it’s supposed to do however it is NOT very durable. My wife uses hers everyday and today parts in the cover fell into the jug. Didn’t even last 2 good months. They are very expensive to only last a couple months.

I was so excited when I found this water bottle on Amazon so I just had to try it. A self cleaning water bottle is just what I need because I work in an old building and I don't have access to reliable water. I was also in the habit of forgetting to take my old water bottle home each night to wash so cleaning was a real issue for me. I now fill up from the water fountain, push the button and can drink confidently. Thank you LARQ! You've changed the way I drink water forever.

One charge lasts forever. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is the opening is too small to put ice cubes in (unless they are the very small ones from an ice maker). Otherwise, I am very pleased with my Larq.

This clever bottle covers the one gap in Zero-water filtered water, the potential infectious organisms. The Larq holds a charge for many weeks, reliably dosing the contents with ultraviolet radiation. The bottle has a slightly textured finish that makes it easy to hold, but easy to clean as well. I thank my wife for this thing!

Assuming the product does what it claims, 3 stars is the max I can give. First, I've had the bottle for less than 24 hours and paint is already chipping around the lid from screwing the cap on and off. The other issue is that it is not easy to fill with ice from an ice dispenser as the opening is pretty narrow; I have to catch the ice in my hand and then put it into the bottle.

The LARQ bottle is very well made and seems to be quite durable. The bottle's UV-sterilization system is contained within the cap and is automatic and simple to use. The bottle holds liquid contents temperature better than most other insulated bottles. This is a very high quality bottle which I will be using on a regular basis.

even though I drink filtered water, I still have bottles that smell after alot of use and cleaning. I love this bottle because it automatically cleans itself every few hours. if I have questionable water in it, I can also use that mode. It smells great inside and the water tastes very good. I am so addicted to this bottle I use it at h ome and one for work and one for travel. the colors are nice and it stays very cold I would suggest the double insulated one.

I got this because where I work it stinks all day, and my plastic water bottles were tasting just like how it smelled and it was horrible. This took care of that right away, it’s super insulated so it keeps my water nice and cold, and doesn’t taste gross at all. Tastes so fresh and refreshing.

I didn't use water canteens because they always end up with an odor and I'm too lazy to wash them.I was sketched out by this bottle since it looks like a cheap UV diode on a lid with a rechargeable battery. I think it's still a cheap UV diode on a lid with a rechargeable battery but it does what it advertises and I'm happy with that.I got it for $75 on Black Friday and I'm happy with the value.

The bottle is great. It has a great feel, great size and even though I use filtered water from my refrigerator, it makes the water taste better. The mouth of the bottle is a perfect size. It keeps my water cold for hours. The rechargeable cap is easy to charge and the color ring on the top is easy to understand and easy to use.

The bottle is well insulated and the instructions are easy. For me, the container doesn’t hold much water. You can’t fill it up to the top, rather no higher than the fill line. I found myself refilling and refilling it. Finally, to take the top off to drink is no small effort either. I am disappointed that I can’t use the bottle as my go to water bottle. At this price point I’d recommend some changes to the size and cap design.

I absolutely love this bottle and take it with me everywhere. I bought it over other options because of its self clean virus/bacteria UV disinfectant, and it works just like advertised. But... the one thing stopping this from getting a full 5* from me is that the rim where you put your lips to drink does not get disinfected, and can build up bacteria and chapstick residue and will smell over time, so you must be keep that part clean yourself on a regular basis. Other than that, this is an amazing product!
