These used to last for weeks - now they do not last longer than 7 days per filter - way too expensive - giving it one last try - hoping there was a bad batch - else switching to Britta.Shame - have been using zerowater for years.

I bought the jug and the additional 4 filters somewhere at the end of Feb, now end March i have only 1 spare filter left out of the 5!!! I have just replaced the one I exchanged last week! 1 week only worth of filtering water???? That means almost 100 eur worth of water per month???? No thank you!!! Never again! Though the tast is great i have already ordered a Britta!

I think ZeroWater is great and I have not had problems like a couple of others say they have. My PPM works and so does Zerowater filters. Thank-you Zerowater for excellent water.If you do have problems, contact zerowater and they will direct you.

These aren’t as good as the ones you will buy front he supermarket. For some reason these ones make the water taste chemically and the ph is very acidic. I’m not sure what they are putting inside the filter as they look the same on the outside. I’d avoid if I were you. Pay the extra couple bucks and get it from Walmart. These gave me wicked heartburn

I have bought Zero Water cartridge filters for a long time and they always work properly. I recommend the product but you must bear in mind that the price is high and that as time has passed they have increased in price. In my opinion, the price is already too high and I am going to look for a substitute. The only reason for my last purchase is because I did not have the time to do proper research.

Das gefilterte Wasser ist sauber, aber im Wasserraum oben befinden sich immer schwarze Partikel, wahrscheinlich vom Filter. Außerdem muss der Filter ziemlich oft gewechselt werden und sie sind ziemlich teuer.

I have been using Zero Water Filter for the past year and a half and have never had a problem with these products. But I was disappointed to find today that all four of the filters I received had already been used. There was condensation on top of the filter along with a foul, fishy odour. I was saving them to use over the next few months and only recently discovered the problem.

I Purchased three or four batches, this last batch, the threads on the filter don’t seem right, compared to other shipments, this shipment requires me to tighten the filter to prevent water from leaking over the gasket into the container. Previous to this I would’ve given it a five star rating.

usually a zero filter lasts us 3 months in the jug and two months in the big container with the faucet. In one batch one filter clogged up in 15 days. the second new filter gave out a terrible smell. Had to wash out the big container and put in a new filter. The new filter has lasted 10 days and has a reading of 020! I am now installing the fourth filter. What a waste of money

I've been using ZeroWater for over 3 years now and it's always been great. First time I ordered online as opposed to buying from my local London Drugs, and the first filter I used had a distinctly weird taste... the meter read 001 (I know, big deal right?) but I've never had anything other than 000 with these filters. Anyhow, I swapped it out for another one in the pack and everything's back to normal and the water tastes great.How can I get a replacement for the defective filter??

The best! Love these filters and allow the water to taste great. Before running through the filter you can smell the chemicals (which smell bad) and after the smell and taste is gone. The meter lets you know how clean the water is.

I purchased bulk filters recently, after a few days with bulk filters they gave off bad tasting water. We thoroughly washed the container tried with next few filters and most of the filter still with bad tasting water. I been using the filters for almost 2 years now with filters from the store and they taste good. Not recommended to buy this bulk (fake) filters.

In general, the zerowater filters that I have purchased from Amazon don't last as long as the ones bought in stores. The first filter that I used from the 4 pack that I recently purchased lasted less than a week before registering a 6 and needing to be replaced

Le 1er filtre avec lequel j'ai eu ma carafe m'a duré 6 mois. les nouveaux me durent meme pas 2 mois. Il y a une odeur un peu poissonneuse qui s'installe, c'est la que je sais qu'il faut le changer. mais dommage pour la durée. ceci dit, je préfère acheter ces filtres, meme si chers et ne durent pas très longtemps, que des bouteilles plastiques. La qualité de l'eau est tout de meme incroyable.
