Living in Scandinavia, I have a full selection of these pans. If you care for them well,(don't use metal untensils, don't overheat and clean them immediately after each use) they can last up to 10 years, even with quite a bit of use. Because of normal aging and wear, I have just had to buy a new one of these smaller sauté pans which is great for a one-person meal (here in Sweden they call this one the "bachelor pan"), sautéing vegetables or even a small omelette. The titanium coating is great and one of the best nonstick coatings I have come across. It is fully possible to sear a pork tenderloin roast and then put it, pan and all, into the oven until it has gotten to the correct temperature. I would recommend these pans to all kinds of cooks, but especially those who value a good pan enough to pay a little extra.

I've been choosing for a while between different brands and this pan is the winner. Free from nasty materials and works fine. Will update review if something goes differently. Have had it now for over 2 months.

I was not impressed with the packaging, product arrived and appeared to have been a re-sold returned item. Items were not well protected at all inside the box, and clearly appear return and a failed attempt to re-package properly. The lid and handle on the pan are of low quality; which is very off-putting given the price of this pan. The pan it’s self seems robust, (heavy) and well made, takes a while to heat up but does a good job overall. This product IMHO is nowhere near worth the price tag; you can find many similar pans at half the price of this one. The handle shouldn’t be plastic at this price point, and the lid definitely could have been of a higher quality. I hate dealing with returns so I’ll keep it-but I do feel ripped off buying this. It’s not special, just keep that in mind while browsing around.

man einem tadelosen Produkt nur einen Stern gibt ( Lila 84 ) sollte man sich vergewissern,ob man selbst alles richtig gemacht hat!!!Denn wenn man die gewölbte Unterlegscheibe auf die Innenseite des gewölbten Deckels verkehrt setzt,steht sie wegen den entgegen gesetztenWölbung ab und ist natürlich scharfkantig! Sitzt sie richtig,kann man sich auch mit Anstrengung nicht schneiden.Also,richtig setzen,dann kann man auch 5 Sterne geben und sich das Pflaster sparen ;)

Die Pfanne selbst tut das was sie soll sehr gut. 4 Punkte Abzug bzw. aber am liebsten 5 ist der Tatsache geschuldet, dass die Pfanne im Deckel eine Metallplatte hat die leicht hervorsteht. Es handelt sich dabei wirklich nur um 1-2mm, das heisst kaum erkennbar. Ich habe mich allerdings beim Abwaschen des Deckels sehr tief geschnitten. Das sollte bei einer Pfanne dieser Marke und dem Preis nicht passieren bzw. sowas ist mir bei keiner Pfanne von billig bis teuer je vorkommen. Ich empfehle die Pfanne daher keinem. Man kann die Pfanne natuerlich ohne Deckel nutzen, aber der Preis ist insbesondere dem Deckel geschuldet.

Received it yesterday. Outstanding product. Its heat distribution over the surface is perfect, nonstick-ness is fantastic. Just tried it for making an omelette and it cooked much better than in any other pan I had in my kitchen (mostly ceramic stuff).
