I got these thinking they would be different from any Glad or Tupperwear container I had. Nope- it just stores your ice cream. No differently than any other. In fact-this container is such an odd shape, I really don't want to use it. It takes up too much room. Plus-my ice cream maker make 2 quarts. This only holds 1.5. I can use this for other things. The seal is good.

Love these tubs so much we bought two and then one as a gift for a friend. Easy to fill, ice creams come out easily and none wasted since it has no corners (rounded inside), and cleans up very easily. The size/shape fits very well in small freezer spaces and stacking is awesome. Looking to add a couple more here very soon for summer ice cream making. Also check out the Tovolo ice cream scoop!

This is a great ice cream container. During the pandemic, I truly utilized my ice cream maker and have been making ice cream very frequently, so it’s nice to have a container to put all the flavors in!

Love this tub. I bought it to go with our new Cuisinart ICE 100 Ice cream maker and it holds the exact amount that the ice cream tub makes. I also noticed, along with other reviewers that the middle of the lid does bow just a little bit. I'm going to work on bending it back a little each time and see if that helps. Most of the time the ice cream doesn't last long enough for it to matter but if I'm going to store some for a while, say for a party, I just put a layer of cling wrap on top of the tub and then snap on the top--problem solved. Shape is great for fitting in the freezer - no wasted space.

These things are great, they are a 2 piece construction so it seems insulates the ice cream, and it's a great size for getting a good scoop. It's also a great size for my Cuisinart ice cream maker as it fits one entire batch.

I'm really disappointed with these containers. While the concept is great (one glide for a scoop, no corners to "lose" ice cream in, I have found that I scrape/bang my knuckles against the rim when I am trying to scoop ice cream out - making this really uncomfortable to use! And no, I don't have big hands, I'm a petite woman. The lid is also kind of iffy - if you get any ice cream, and I mean any, on the inner lip when transferring from your machine to the container, the lid freezes shut and is not easy to get off without effectively defrosting the entire container.

Great idea and shape, very hard to separate pieces for cleaning, and difficult to snap on lid. A container this shape should be totally reversible, and it's not. I've kept mine in the refrigerator, like others have suggested, but then in is very hard to open. One time it slipped out of my hand and broke and cracked in several places. It's still usable, but I won't order another.

Build quality is good the biggest negative about this product is delivered it’s very hard to close when there’s ice cream on top of it so it doesn’t make it easy for the money I would buy something else

We love using this for our homemade ice cream. It is insulated but comes apart easily for cleaning. Keeps the ice cream very nicely and looks pretty too. I love the shape and it allows an ice cream scoop to fit perfectly.

This is a wonderful storage solution for homemade ice cream and sorbet. No more freezer burn. I especially like the long and narrow shape for easy scooping by sliding the scoop down the length of the tub. We already have one and needed a second one for when we make sorbet for parties. The first one is still in perfect condition four years later.

I like that that the base comes apart for washing then easily snaps back together. I keep the empty ones in the freezer all the time so they are cold and ready to receive deserts straight from the ice cream machine. It also sticks solidly to the countertop and doesn't slide around when I scoop from it.
