Very nice machine. This is my first try at making homemade specialty coffee drinks. Compact and pretty easy to use. Very important to read the instruction manual before using as you are working with steam. I feel more confident with each use and my husband and I are enjoying espresso and cappuccino at home.

It could be the best espresso maker in the market but it has the worst knob. Bella knows that but they don't want to change. I am sure that the person that design never has made an espresso. Very hard to grab it and it always broke in a few months maybe because of that.

This always seems to spit out extra coffee If I have the reservoir tank full. I don’t have anything else to compare it to but I don’t imagine that this is good behavior for a coffee maker

I have been using this machine for 2 months on a daily basis, the coffee taste is good, the only thing i don't like is the feel of the material of the machine and it durability, the holder of the bean cup is start to be loose, not sure how much it will last.

This item is not what I expected first of all when the coffee is starting to brew it starts to splatter water out of the little nozzle also it’s a little loud and when you’re ready to froth the milk you literally have to hold a metal canister to froth the milk that gets super super hot and it takes a long time and then your hand gets tired,I wasn’t happy. It’s messy and leaks everywhere

I've never used an espresso machine before, is the milk frother supposed to be so noisy? It did do its job but I followed what reviews said and added water for frothing... other than the noise I had 4 cups of nice espresso. Happy with the machine so far.

And it still works completely fine. Of course, now that I've posted that, it'll inevitably break. But it's held up like a champ so far so it still deserves 5 stars. I'm a 42 year old mother of a 5 year old boy, and it gets a lot of use.

Does the job it’s there to do. My biggest complaint is that the handle for the water reservoir has ZERO grip. Some small raised notches is all, and hands easily slide around the knob. Didn’t realize tilll after using it how important a good grip is for the lid. Got it to replace the 2nd mr coffee espresso maker I’ve had, and that lasted more than 5 years. Thought I’d try something new tho wishing I stuck with what I knew worked. I’m now looking for a replacement.

I bought this Expresso Maker because I'm the only person at home that drinks coffee, and I wasn't willing to spend a lot of money on an expensive coffee/expresso maker. The Bella Expresso Maker is just right for one or two people and the coffee is decent. However, the only flaw is that the words/pictures on the knob that indicates off, expresso, or froth rubbed off on the second use. If someone else tried to use the machine, they wouldn't know which way to turn the know to make their expresso.

I bought 2 of these and BOTH of them have the same issue. Used a few times and the espresso backed up. Contacted the company, after having to send the receipt AND proof of delivery, then cut the plugin cord and now just received notice they will send a refund check in 4-6 weeks. TERRIBLE!

This is the second unit that I purchased. I love espresso coffee using different coffee powders. This machine can give you the coffee you love( compared to more expensive models). The only problem I see is the on/off button. This too delicate.

The plastic parts do not fit together well like for instance, the lid is too small for the pot and constantly falls off when the coffee is poured and there's a latch to hold the cup in when emptying but it is too big and falls off causing the whole ground cup to fall out into the trash can.

What a great buy!!!!! this was an early Christmas gift for my husband. We have used it several times with no issues. the milk frother is such a addition to this machine to make you feel like a real barista. The size of the machine is just perfect in our barbershop and the customers love the smell of hot espresso when they come in. I would definitely buy this again.

This is the sorriest company I have ever dealt with. The on-off knob quit working not long after purchase. Contacted. Said to cut cord and take photos. Did that..sent to them FINALLY, got them to say on Oct. 04,2019 a refund would be coming in a few weeks It is now Jan 14, 2019 . Have called, e-mailed and tried to call again...NO LUCK ! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I was on the fence about this machine, I was reading reviews and there seemed to be either a lot of "LOVE IT" or "Hate it" reviews. I have only had this for a couple of days but man, I am enjoying this! For 40 dollars it is worth it! Its also saving my wallet and I can make Lattes at home instead of spending 4 dollars on one cup! I'm happy I purchased this, the only one gripe I do have is the knob can be hard to move to the settings, and it can be difficult to get the espresso basket into the "locked" position. But when being careful, it seems to work awesome! I enjoy this product!

Bought this in November. As of late April it is no longer functional. It has lost its seal and can't pressurize water. Last batch of espresso took 12 hours to percolate. Tried running water through it a couple times to no avail. Good espresso machine for 5-6 months. I've had cheap ones that lasted for 2 years though.

I originally gave it 5 stars and wrote "Great coffee quickly. No unnecessary trash. Easy to brew and clean."Now I'm amending my review because it won't heat anymore. Something is broken inside the power switch. We've brewed 2-4 espressos daily for the last 2 1/2 years. I'm not sure if I should downgrade my original rating, or if that's great durability for such a cheap machine. Decide yourself.

I love making those frozen coffee drinks and since my favorite store no longer sells the kit I decided i needed an espresso maker just for that purpose. I already have a K-cup machine so i just needed something small that served one purpose and this little machine has done that while far exceeding my expectations. Everything about it is perfect for an espresso novice. The machine itself is very straight forward and easy to use (without even reading the instructions), the milk frother works impeccably and clean up is a breeze. I read in a previous review that this machine smoked, but I think what they meant was that if you are making over 6 cups at one time some steam comes out as it runs out of water, though this is in no way dangerous. I also read that it had burned someone's espresso but I think that is more of an issue with keeping your machine clean or overfilling with unpressed grounds. Overall one of the best purchases I've made all year, could not be happier with the quality and ease.

***This nob on the machine broke after a little less than 2 years of use. It came completely off I can no longer use the espresso maker. I expected it to last longer than this.***I love my espresso makers. It works well for the price and is very fast. I use it every morning making everything from macchiato to cappuccino and sometimes a latte. The only problem is it doesn't look like the picture on here or the box.
