Pour ma retraite, mes enfants m'ont offert des couteaux Wüsthof dont je suis ravi ! Sauf que le fusil n'était pas assez efficace pour les aiguiser ! Et là, la magie d'un excellent matériel très efficace !

Je possède plusieurs couteaux de la même marque, c'est pour cela que j'ai choisit ce modèle. Mais il convient parfaitement à tout type de couteaux. Un coté diamant pour dégrossir et un côté céramique pour affiner. Le top.
