Used these for the first time today. When they arrived I thought they looked too small, as I wanted to be able to make small cakes to give to some of my friends who would never be able to eat a regular sized cake. But when I baked a cake today, I felt one layer would be fine for a everyday cake for someone, two layers for a couple, and three layers for a special cake. The cake baked up beautifully, came out of the pan beautifully and pans cleaned up beautifully, except for the cake that got caught in the curled edge. I may still buy a 5" pan, just because. But very happy with these, cost and utility of them.

Product was shipped as pictured and described. I found they had an odd smell when I received them, but, after soaking them in soapy water and washing they were okay.I haven't used any other brand mini springform pans to compare, but, I didn't experience any batter leak and my cheesecake minis removed cleanly from the pans. Cleaning these pans, like any springform pan just requires a little extra attention at the crevices where the bottom attaches; a non-scratch scrubber will do the trick.

Do not buy. Bought these to compliment my other three 4 inch pans I bought from bed bath several years ago. Goal was to produce six 4 inch bakes rather than 3. I was horrified as I poured the batter and the new pans leaked while my old ones did their job like they always did. It was too late to return. Bad purchase.

Some of the reviews said that these leaked, but I thought maybe they had defective units. The description of the item clearly states these are for quiches, but holy hell do they leak. All three of the pans I received leaked so fast they might as well not have had a bottom. I checked and double checked each one to make sure the spring form mechanism was set properly- no dice. These either aren't designed for anything thinner than cake batter (in which case the seller is lying openly), or their quality control is horrendous. Either way, I am incredibly displeased with this product and the seller.

Bought these so my wife could make pazookis. I likely destroyed that spelling, so forgive me.They're just a tad smaller in diameter than I would like, but that's not the pans' fault. We opted to start with a 4" pan to try that out and adjust, so looks like we'll be buying maybe a 5" for the future.However, if / when we do, it'll be from this same seller (if possible) because these pans are great.

Made perfect personal-sized cheesecakes! Easy and elegant way to serve individual desserts. I tested the seal with water during a volume measure test (holds one 8 oz cup, FYI) and they did leak a bit, but cake batters should be fine. Keto-friendly cheesecakes slipped right out after chilling. Wish these came in sets of eight, but may be satisfied with ordering another set so I can do at least 6 at a time.

Didn't realize I would be receiving a used and returned product when I bought this. The packaging was damaged and poorly put together. The pans however are nice. Wish it was a tad bit bigger and deeper, but it's a good size for creating cakes especially if you want to make a smaller serving. Used these to make basque cheesecakes and they came out great. Just be sure of what you're ordering before you order this product.

I regret making this purchase! I soon as I unbuckled to release the tin got bent making it useless for future purposes. Then the cleaning was so frustrating I ended up just throwing them away. The batter to the cake leaks in the crevices and is really hard to scrape out even using a tiny brush. I am so disappointed in the product. Just trash! DO NOT BUY!!

These are small!! Just make sure you grab a ruler right now and get a sense of how small these things are. I knew what was getting into, since I wanted to make some nice small cakes (so that I wouldn't have to eat a huge one by myself and instead I would be able to give away two out of the three).The cake pans are nice and solid, and for the price I couldn't ask for more. They are not perfect as some tiny bits of batter leaked from the bottom, but that wasn't an issue at all.One thing I do not like is the fact that the batter will get into these nooks and crannies at the bottom of the pan, and they are VERY hard to get to to keep these things clean, especially after the cooled down batter has gotten caked in there.

Made normal cake layers in these, the batter was really hard to clean out of the bottom where the circle goes in - gets stuck in the rim edge space. Otherwise no complaints - cooked the cake really well, cute little pan size, easy to open the sides (I used a parchment circle on the bottom and sprayed w Pam in the whole pan and everything came out really smooth)

I ordered these as an 'Add-On' Christmas gift for myself. I am usually the one who is assigned to bring deserts for our family get-togethers. I plan to make individual Cheesecakes for everyone for Christmas Dinner. These springform pans are the perfect size for personal deserts. The pans are made very well with the locks fitting tightly to ensure no leakage from the bottom. I will definitely be adding to my collection with another set of these little jewels! In my opinion, there is no better pans for baking than the Wilton line!

I used these pans for cheesecakes. The issue I found was that I had to work to get the base of one of the pans to sit levelly, as it kept shifting. The other two pans were fine. I did not experience any leaking. The pans seemed to be sturdy for the most part. The levers on the sides appeared to be a bit flimsy but they did not break. I was able to remove the cakes from the pans without any challenges even though I only greased the base for the crust, so the non-stick factor worked well. Cleaning the pans was easy.

These were larger than I thought they'd be (use a ruler to see how big 4 inches really is). They work great. I used them to make brownies in each of the bottoms (I used two sets of these) and then I put melted chocolate on top and let it set. Then, we put ice cream and whipped cream on top after they were out of their pans :) I have many more plans in the future. They were easy to clean :) Nothing hard stuck to it... and the chocolate came off easily. They washed great in a dishwasher.

I made my first Cheese Cakes and I used these Wonderful spring forms. No leaking, very easy to clean. What was wonderful I forgot to take a knife to the sides before I put it in the freezer, but when it was done I unlocked it and it slide out perfect. NOT ONE CRACK! Over the moon with these mini spring forms.
