Perfect!I ordered these with the intent to use for making Paula Deen's pumpkin cheesecake in mini form for my sweet neighbors. There's only 2 of them, so they don't need a huge dessert, but I wanted to bring them something. I'm a pastry chef by trade, & these are some of the best non-stick pans ever. The springs are durable & seem sturdy enough to withstand frequent use. I'll also eventually use these for miniature mousse cakes. I ordered these on a whim to make cakes for my friends bridal shower and they have been one of my favorite purchases. I am now obsessed with 3-tier mini naked cakes. I can't stop making them and these pans work beautifully! The bottoms fit perfectly inside the rings so there is no leaking of batter. The springs hold them tight but are easy to pop and take the cakes out. All you have to do is spray the pans, pour the batter, bake and then pop that spring! They come right out in perfect form!

Love them! I have never baked in my life. Received today and made the Japanese cheesecake. Came out perfect! I put 2 of these pans in a 9 inch pan. I was supposed to use the 6" pan but I prefer these 2 small size pans!

UPDATE after multiple usage:I've used the pans for cakes and biscuits and cookies so far.The little circle at the bottom is nice for cooking exactly 1 cookie... which is something I actually do from time to time lol but my absolute favorite daily usage of this pan is biscuits!! If you want a large 1 serving biscuit (4 inches as you know...) just plop the dough in here a bit more than half full...about 2/3s really, and it will rise to about 1 cm over the rim. Of course the rising will vary by recipe, I only make simple cream+selfrising flour biscuits. Anyway..these are divine! they are the perfect size for making a big ol breakfast biscuit sandwich, or you can cut a bowl out of it and fill with chicken noodle soup or whatever savory dish you like with biscuits. I just like single serving items since my family doesn't enjoy biscuits the way I do so I fill all 3 of these with dough... then freeze... then bake the entire thing pan+dough!They are not super strong though... one of mine is a little bent after traveling in a tote bag with no support, still works for me, but if you're making something that uses runny batter like regular cake I'm not so sure this is a long term solution, more like 1-5 uses ...then maybe 5 more with some fixes (wrap with foil, line with cookie sheet, etc)Used 1 time so far... for a basic vanilla cake. My kid wanted a blue birthday cake and I really didn't want to food color a huge cake ...so just did a tiny one. I know it varies by recipe but I filled about halfway and it came just over the rim which was lovely.I let them cool for 15 mins then released the clasp and they didn't stick. I also oiled the pans with vegetable oil. Cleaning these will require a bit of soaking or creativity to get the tiny crevices.

I’m really happy with this little set of springform pans. I bought them to make a mini smash cake for my daughters first birthday party and I was expecting them to leak a lot so I wrapped the bottoms in tinfoil and when I took them out of the oven and after they were cold I noticed hardly any leakage on the tinfoil. The coating makes them super easy to clean. I’m looking forward to trying many more many versions of desserts.

Nice product. I purchased this to make individual cheesecakes. Two of these fit into 6 qt Instant Pot at one time.Just watch when you clean them. I had to use my fingernail to clean in the little lip where the bottom pan fits as some of the filling got stuck inside and it is difficult to see it there. I am new to springform pans so I'm not sure if all are like that or just these ones because they are so small.I would recommend these pans. The cheesecakes turned out very cute.

These are FANTASTIC! I ordered these to begin making mini cheesecakes in my instant pot. I'm preparing to make a large number of cheesecakes for a birthday party, and these fit wonderfully. I ordered 3 sets (9 pans) so I could rotate them. I'm able to fit 4 pans in my 6 quart pot at a time, which is wonderful! They are the perfect size, did not leak, and stacked nicely.

I got an instant pot and was working through the recipes. When I came to deserts the IP cheesecake, I had to try it. These are perfect for the job. They could also be used for small cakes and I used the rings to make crumpets.

I like my other Wilton springform pans in other sizes, because those bottoms fit level and seal securely and the rolled seams do not hold water. My other Wilton springform pans are a shiny silver waffle pattern and non-stick finish. These pans are a gray flat metal with a coating of some sort. These are not the Wilton workmanship I am used to. I tried two sets of these and the bottoms of all of them were not secure and did not seal. In fact the seams were not smooth on a single one of these springform pans. There were gaps where the seams were crimped together. And the rolled edges were not uniform and would hold water from the water bath. For me, a leaking, uneven springform pan does not serve its intended purpose, so I returned them.

As an avid baker that is trying to open up my own bakery, I was hoping these pans would live up to expectations. However, I guess you get what you pay for. After washing in very hot water, the pan started to deform from a circle to more of an oval. It got a little worse after I baked a cheesecake in it.I made a special cheesecake where I needed to bake a brownie on the bottom first and that mix did leak through the pan. The only way this doesn't leak is if you have a graham cracker crust high enough to cover the crease.I figured for $8, it would be worth trying out and my conclusion is that although these aren't totally useless, they are not good enough quality to use for professionals or even for serious bakers. I would recommend spending the money and purchasing a better quality pan.

I love these little pans, they are nice and thick, well made. They cook evenly, my cheesecakes always come out great in these and I have never had a leak. I have only had these pans for a few months so I can't speak for longevity, but I haven't seen any of the coating coming off of mine. I use them all the time and always hand wash with soft cloth (never use dishwasher if you want your pans to last longer). I love Wilton products they have yet to let me down when I purchase my baking supplies from them. They make cute mini cheesecakes, mini quiches, or mini cakes.

The rivets that secure the metal parts are "all over the map" with many of them not extending completely thru the metal 'buckle' they are supposed to secure. Ordered 2 sets (6 pans total), one pan broke on the very first use (first photo). Sent one set back and received a replacement set, one of the pans in the replacement set has a rivet that will pop off on the very first use (2nd photo). While the replacement set was en route, a 2nd pan in the initial set also broke (no photo). Sent both sets back for a refund. These pans also leak like a sieve (check the other 1-star reviews - that's the main complaint from people). Look at the photos of the other choices, especially at the rivets - other choices show rivets that are 'mushroomed' on top and won't be coming loose.
