Cannot use it since once I detached the base I could not reattach. I spent over one hour trying. Should not be that hard! Now I have to revert to sautéing in my Insta Pot since everything is ready to go (meat marinated, vegetables cut up).

I've been using this nonstick electric wok for about 6 months now -- I like it's large size, as I can cook for a large group, and serve it from the wok itself because it looks nice on the kitchen island. Temperature control is excellent, and it's very easy to clean. I would recommend this highly. I bought a second one and gave it to my daughter, who loves to cook.

Great for a few months but the coating is flacking off and rust is now showing. I coat the surface with oil, but I worry about my health. I have to get rid of it soon.

This is mostly a great product. The only demerit is that it heats only from the bottom. You have to be diligent in keeping food moving, or it will stick and scorch.

The controller knob broke within a couple of weeks of use. So sad. Wish we had started to use it earlier because we missed the return window by 9 days. :(

The first time I received this item the box was crushed, the chopsticks were broken and the wok itself was bent and misshapen and the pieces wouldn't fit together. The second time I received the order it was missing the chopsticks. I generally really like the aroma brand but this was really disappointing.

Bought this as a replacement for a similar wok with similar features ....for less than half the price! I like that this has a removable base for ease of cleaning (just as the twice as expensive competitive model did). Have used this item for close to a month with no issues. Very pleased with this product.
